Come spend some time learning how to communicate with horses!
All proceeds from this event will be donated to STRIDE (Southcentral Therapeutic Riding).
Your teachers will be four lovely horses (Honey Bee, Lido, Noodles, and Pumpkin) and one human (Regan). This introductory session will cover the basics of safe, clear, and kind horse-human communication.
Prepare for the possibility of dirt, manure smells, and horse hair.
Additional details:
60 min session
Ages 18 and up
Unmounted (no riding involved)
All experience levels welcome, from beginners to seasoned horse fans.
This session will not include riding but may include a lot of scratching.
Weather and clothing: This is a rain-or-shine event. Layers are always recommended.
