Our camps focus on enjoying and learning about horses and ponies in a caring, fun, and safe environment. Campers will learn about horse behavior, horse care, horsemanship, and more. Activities also include arts and crafts, hands-on science, playing in a peaceful natural setting, and, of course, some farm chores too.

• Ages: For campers ages 7-12. *If your camper is outside this age range and you are wondering if this camp is a good fit for them, please email info@paperbirchfarm.com.

• Experience range: No horse experience required. However, experienced horse lovers and riders are also welcome.

• Cost and Registration: $400/session (4 days, 10 am-3 pm)

• Instructors: Regan Brooks and Nia Shelton-Brooks

• Riding: It is our hope that each camper will have the opportunity for two private riding sessions during the camp week. *Please note, however, that these plans may need to be adjusted depending on weather conditions and/or horse health. Safety will be top priority and campers will have an opportunity to understand how and why decisions to ride or not ride are made.

• Cancellation/Reimbursements: Registration can be canceled for a full refund up to six weeks in advance of the camp start date or a 50% refund up to three weeks in advance of camp start date. *Of course, if you happen to know further in advance that you need to cancel, please try to let us know.
